Who feels more pain after surgery, men or women?

New research suggests gender plays a role in how much pain a patient experiences after surgery. Men reported more pain after major operations, while women suffered more pain after minor procedures. Dr. M. Fahad Khan, assistant professor of anesthesiology at NYU Langone Medical Center, tells CBS News some of the findings are surprising. Source

Breakthrough in cervical cancer treatment

Scientists are reporting a breakthrough in using immune therapy to treat cervical cancer. Researchers at the National Cancer Institute treated nine women with cervical cancer and found tumors of two out of nine completely disappeared.
