Art that’s made of money

To many the idea of cutting up money for artistic purposes seems insane. But Mark Wagner saw something more when he first cut up a dollar 15 years ago. Now he’s assembles collages entirely from one dollar bills that can sell for tens of thousands of dollars. Anthony Mason reports. Source
