Amanda Nguyen on new memoir and how she’s preparing for historic flight

Civil rights activist and astronaut Amanda Nguyen is set to become the first Vietnamese and Southeast Asian woman to travel to space on a historic Blue Origin flight this spring. She also just released her memoir, “Saving Five,” where she shares her journey from aspiring astronaut to survivor advocate.
