Alabama lawmakers move to protect IVF clinics, providers

Alabama’s House and Senate have both passed bills protecting doctors and clinics that perform IVF, but the legislation does not address the recent ruling that frozen embryos have the same rights as children, effectively ending IVF treatments in the state.
