Acting DHS chief says Congress could close immigration loophole “very simply”

In an interview with “CBS Evening News” anchor Norah O’Donnell, Acting Homeland Security Secretary Kevin McAleenan said one big challenge is that migrant families can stay in the U.S. pending their court hearing. He said it’s an “incentive” for people to cross the border. Source
