A New Deep Fried Dish From The Fair!

Chicken Charlie’s is known for starting the deep fried twinkie trend, deep fried snickers, deep friend oreos, deep fried kool aid and now……….Deep friend doritos.  If you want to try it, you’ll have to visit one of the county fairs in California because that’s where Chicken Charlie’s is located.  He DID tell his secret.  Charlie dips the chips in fish batter first, deep fries them and tops them with something similar to cajun seasoning.  Chicken Charlie’s has also stayed true to their name and put a new chicken dish on the current menu……..Deep Fried Chicken Skins.  Here’s his website:  http://www.chickencharlies.com/index.html
