A Big Finders Fee For Dorothy’s Red Slippers

We’re coming up on the 10 year anniversary of the theft of a pair of ruby red slippers that Judy Garland wore in “The Wizard of Oz”. They were on display at a museum in her hometown at Grand Rapids, Minnesota when they were stolen. Now an anonymous donor is offering a million dollar reward for the perpetrator’s name and the location of the slippers. There are 3 other pairs in existence, including one on display at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington D.C..
