NASA says internal disagreements over how to handle stranded Boeing Starliner

American astronauts Barry “Butch” Wilmore and Suni Williams were supposed to spend eight days in space, but NASA now says they could be at the International Space Station for eight months because of questions over whether the Boeing Starliner is capable of flying them home.
