DHS facing border security budget shortfall

The Department of Homeland Security says if it doesn’t get more funding from Congress soon, thousands of migrants may need to be released from custody. House Republicans shot down a bipartisan agreement in the Senate that would have delivered the needed funds for immigration and customs enforcement.
