Senators unveil bipartisan bill to overhaul immigration system

A group of senators released a bipartisan immigration proposal on Sunday. The $118 billion package would give the president far-reaching powers to clamp down on unlawful border crossings, including the authority to turn away migrants without allowing them to request asylum when numbers surge.
