Hurricane Ida causes major flooding, power outages

Hurricane Ida slammed into the Gulf Coast as one of the strongest storms ever to hit the U.S. mainland. It came ashore with wind gusts up to 172 mph. Omar Villafranca is in the heart of New Orleans, where at least one building has partially collapsed in the wind. Source
