Georgetown businesses accused of racial profiling through app

Some businesses in Georgetown, an upscale Washington, D.C. neighborhood, are accused of racial profiling through a mobile app. Shopkeepers are using a private messaging service to alert each other — and police — about people acting suspiciously in their stores.
