California Governor Gavin Newsom announces mass vaccination sites as death toll soars

California Governor Gavin Newsom said in a briefing Monday that the state will open three mass vaccination sites, including Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles and Petco Park in San Diego, to help combat a surge in coronavirus cases.
