No charges for police officer who shot and paralyzed Jacob Blake

The district attorney’s office in Kenosha, Wisconsin, announced Tuesday that it will not file charges against Rusten Sheskey, the White police officer who shot Jacob Blake, an African American man, several times in the back on August 23, leaving Blake paralyzed from the waist down.
