Video appears to show deceased Louisiana teen Quawan Charles leaving home voluntarily

Police in Baldwin, Louisiana have released a video they say shows 15-year-old Quawan Charles willingly getting into a car with two people. A lawyer for the family says the video does little to explain why police did not file an Amber Alert after Charles’ disappearance. Jericka Duncan reports. Source
