Central Park video reignites conversation on false 911 calls

The New York City Commission on Human Rights has announced a probe into Amy Cooper, the woman at the center of the controversial Central Park video. Cooper drew national scrutiny for calling the police and claiming a black man was threatening her life, when video of the incident did not show him doing so.
