FBI possibly probing pardons by ex-Kentucky governor, report says

The FBI may be looking into controversial pardons made by Kentucky’s former Republican Governor Matt Bevin, according to a report. Lawmakers from both parties say they’re concerned that some of Bevin’s last-minute pardons before he left office were favors to supporters.
