Police tactics questioned after UPS truck chase ends in shootout

The overwhelming use of force is being questioned after a chase in Florida ended with a deadly shootout. Two men who led police on the chase were killed. As Manuel Bojorquez reports, so was a UPS driver who was taken hostage and an innocent bystander. Source
