Arkansas woman drowns after calling “unsympathetic” 911 dispatcher

There is outrage in Arkansas after the death of a 47-year-old woman who drowned while delivering newspapers. The woman called 911 after accidentally driving into high water. But the dispatcher who took her call offered little sympathy. Kenneth Craig reports. Source
