Colorado man questioned by police following wife’s shooting death

Just a few of hours after Tom Fallis called 911 on Jan. 1, 2012, he was interviewed by Det. Rita Wolf of the Evans Police Department. Fallis maintains that he was in their closet, changing his clothes, when his wife, Ashley, got her gun from underneath their bed and shot herself in the head. Following this interview, he was released without charges. Source
