Mueller says Russia’s campaign interference “was not a hoax”

Democratic Rep. Jackie Speier questioned Mueller about whether Russian intervention in the 2016 election was a hoax. Mueller said: “It was not a hoax. The indictments we returned against the Russians, two different ones, were substantial in their scope.” He also explained what the American people should understand about the special counsel’s report.
