12-year-old girl to race seven marathons around world for charity

Blanca Ramirez, 12, hopes to break a world record and become the youngest female to run seven marathons on seven continents. She is running to benefit the charity Operation Smile, a nonprofit organization that provides free surgeries to repair cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities for children.
