Generations of children started their day with Fred Rogers singing “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood.” The groundbreaking series spoke directly to kids about some of life’s weightiest issues in a simple and direct fashion. The new documentary “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?” looks at the legacy of Rogers and his Emmy Award-winning program.
