Sami Tamimi and Tara Wigley on redefining Palestine cuisine, new cookbook

James Beard Award-winning Chef Sami Tamimi and Tara Wigley have each co-authored best-selling cookbooks. Now, they’ve collaborated on one of their own book “Falastin.” The book is a celebration of Tamimi’s Palestinian homeland.
