New surveillance video in case of Irvo Otieno, who died in police custody

The Washington Post has obtained video showing what led to the death of 28-year-old Irvo Otieno. He died in the admissions office of a Virginia state psychiatric hospital. Seven sheriff’s deputies and three hospital workers have been charged with second-degree murder. Source
